Join this collaborative 90-minute virtual training for admissions counselors with enrollment veterans Jason and Rina.
We will dive into foundational approaches to successful admissions counseling, including: goal setting/benchmarking, brand development, strategic communication, and maximizing campus visits.
This session will equip you to:
- Understand institutional goals and your role in meeting them
- Properly convey the image and positioning of your institution
- Develop a comprehensive contact strategy

Your Instructors
Rina Campbell is the Director of Client Development at Inroads Analytics. She has spent the past 20 years helping institutions flourish through her leadership in enrollment management. She is also an experienced trainer, holding dozens of workshops for higher ed associations like NAGAP, AACRAO, CCCU, NACCAP, and NACAC.
Jason Fletcher is the new Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing at Life Pacific University in San Dimas, CA. He has over a decade of experience in college counseling and admissions at multiple institutions. Additionally, Jason served as the president of NABEP for the 2020-2021 academic year.
