This is your chance to delve into best practices for direct student interactions throughout the admissions process. From making the initial prospecting call to requesting the enrollment deposit, this session will equip you to:

- Answer tough questions with the proper approach and tone

Your Instructors
Rina Campbell is the Director of Client Development at Inroads Analytics. She has spent the past 20 years helping institutions flourish through her leadership in enrollment management. She is also an experienced trainer, holding dozens of workshops for higher ed associations like NAGAP, AACRAO, CCCU, NACCAP, and regional NACACs.
Willem de Ruijter currently holds the position of Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing at Geneva College in Pennsylvania and serves as a board member of NACCAP. He has well over a decade of college admissions and financial aid expertise to share with those newer to the profession.
